Using the service

ReelMori lets you create short AI videos from a photo. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use it.

Your content and consent

Only upload photos of yourself or of adults who have given you permission. Do not upload photos of minors, celebrities or public figures, and do not use the service to harass, impersonate or deceive anyone. We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules.

Generated videos

You may use the videos you create for personal and social media purposes. AI output can contain mistakes; review a video before sharing it. Videos are labelled as AI-generated: keep that label, say the video is AI-generated when you share it and never present it as real footage of an event.

Reports and removal

Anyone can report content through our report page. We review reports and remove content that breaks these terms or someone’s rights within 48 hours. Removed photos are blocked from being uploaded again, and accounts involved in serious or repeated violations may be closed without a refund of used videos.

Videos and payments

Video packs are one-time purchases. Videos have no cash value, and unused videos do not expire while the service is operating. Payments are processed by our merchant-of-record partner, whose terms also apply.

Acceptable use

You may not use ReelMori to create, upload or share content that: is sexually explicit or pornographic, including nudity or sexualised depictions of any person; depicts graphic violence, gore, self-harm or cruelty to animals; promotes hatred or discrimination against a person or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender or sexual orientation; sexualises or endangers minors in any way, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM); impersonates a real person or is a deepfake made to deceive, defame or mislead, including politicians, celebrities and public figures; infringes copyright, trademark or other rights, including characters, logos or lyrics you do not own.

We moderate uploads and generated output automatically and review every report. Content that breaks these rules is removed, accounts may be closed without refund of used videos, and serious cases may be reported to the relevant authorities.

The AI models behind your video

ReelMori is an independent product built on third-party models. The video is generated with ByteDance Seedance 2.5 (reference-to-video), the soundtrack with Suno, and the lyrics with a large language model. These providers process your prompt, photo and audio only to render your request.

ReelMori is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by these providers; their names describe the technology only.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If something goes wrong, email support@reelmori.com first so we can try to fix it. If we cannot resolve it that way, the dispute is decided by the people's court with jurisdiction over the place where the operator of ReelMori is established.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but provide it as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
