Failed renders
If anything goes wrong, we redo it until you have your video. No action is needed.
Unused videos
You can request a refund of a video pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its videos have been used. Email support@reelmori.com with your order ID.
Quality issues
If a finished video is clearly broken (for example corrupted or missing the face), contact us with the video ID and we will restore the video after review.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment partner and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
